DIE CUT LASER - A FAST AND EFFICIENT PROTOTYPING SOLUTION

Laser cutting is a system for cutting single-sided and double-sided adhesive tape for easy and rapid prototyping. It is often used to quickly respond to urgent requests. Laser cutting is used to transform materials into small parts with very tight tolerances. This process is highly accurate, delivering excellent cutting quality. Laser cutters are capable of handling very tight tolerances (<20 micrometers) and have a repeatability of 5 micrometers. It is an ideal cutting method for demanding applications.

Flat die cutting

Flat die cutting machines use powerful hydraulic presses to drive steel dies down into the material, cleanly piercing the material and forming precise shapes. This method is highly versatile and compatible with a wide range of materials including foams, films, gaskets, plastics, and adhesive substrates. It is the most common die cutting method due to its lower tooling costs.
Rotary mold cutting

Rotary die cutting utilizes a precisely engineered cylindrical die mounted on a rotary press. A continuous roll or long sheet of material is fed through the press, where the die rotates synchronously to cut, contour, or punch holes in the material at high speed. This method is significantly faster and more efficient than flat die cutting, making it ideal for continuous, high-volume production runs.
