Tool making:
Before production, we need to confirm the design with the customer. Our design department can assist with the design if needed. Once the design is confirmed, we should use CNC milling machines and electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines to manufacture the tools.
Molding Products:
After molding, the mixture is poured into a mold shaped similarly to the desired extruded rubber gasket strip for molding.
Curing process:
Through a specific heating or curing process, the molded silicone can gradually solidify and eventually be shaped into the required sealing silicone strip.
Product inspection process:
After each process, our inspection team will check the quality and any defects of the silicone sealant strip after curing. This ensures the product meets the required quality standards.
Packaging and shipping:
We will package the tested silicone rubber strips and ship them using the shipping method requested by the customer.
